Enhanced Determination of Country and Mode-of-Transport Category Combinations 

In Dangerous Goods Management, the system determines the country/mode-of-transport category combinations using the data from the SD document and the transit country table. You have the option of adding to the combinations determined by the SAP standard method or determining the country/mode-of-transport category combinations according to your own customer-specific logic instead of using the SAP standard method.

For this purpose you can use the following customer exits available in Customizing for Dangerous Goods Management:

·        Develop Enhancement for Determining Country/MTC Combination in Shipping/Sales

If you use the SAP enhancement DG700004, you can determine your own individual country/mode-of-transport category combinations in shipping and sales documents.

·        Develop Enhancement for Determining Country/MTC Combination in Shipment Documents

If you use the SAP enhancement DG700002, you can determine your own individual country/mode-of-transport category combinations in shipment documents.

·        Develop Enhancement for Country/Mode-of-Transport Category Combination

If you use the SAP enhancement DG700001, you can enhance the SAP standard method. You can add country/mode-of-transport category combinations and set individual country/mode-of-transport category combinations as relevant for checks and documents.
