The system checks whether the supplying plant is resident in another system. If this is the case, the returns item is handled as a vendor return. In other words, a return to a vendor who is assigned to the issuing plant. There is no communication with the LES system. If returns processing is planned with a delivery via Shipping, the delivery is generated using the shipping index in the ordering system.
